"PINKY" AWARDED AT IRON MULE
Last week The Iron Mule Festival held a screening of "Pinky". The film was awarded the jury's prize.
The Iron Mule Short Comedy Screening Series is a festival organized since 2002, which every month presents short comedy movies. In July "Pinky" by Tomasz CichoĊ has been shown in American theatres and the jury decided to give it the jury's award.
Film tells the story of three friends who steal an expensive car in a ‘snatch 'n grab’ hit and immediately sell it to a fence. Aiming to celebrate a job well done, they go to a local Vietnamese bar for a beer. In high spirits on account of their success, they argue brazenly and insolently with the staff in the bar. As yet, they have no idea that their night is going to be a long and painful one…
