"HORSE RIDERS" WITH NEW AWARDS

The short documentary film by Anna Gawlita has recently received two new awards. This time the film was distinguished at Bucharest ShortCut Cinefest and Festival International du Film d'Aubagne - Music & Cinema.

Bucharest ShortCut Cinefest is a monthly event showcasing the most interesting international independent productions. The organizers set themselves the goal of supporting and promoting aspiring filmmakers on their creative path. Anna Gawlita is one of them. Her debut documentary received a Special Distinction for the best documentary at this event.

Festival International du Film d’Aubagne - Music & Cinema is an initiative that focuses on promoting young filmmakers and aspiring film music composers. The festival is designed to be a platform connecting visual artists with those who express themselves through music. One of the awards at the festival just went to "Horse Riders". The winning documentary by Anna Gawlita is set in a village near Opole. The celebration of Easter Sunday is underway. Although the village has almost no horses, the hosts rent them to set out on a long journey and ride around the field boundaries.
