”LOCKJAW” AWARDED IN TURKEY
On October 27th Contact – International Student Film Festival in Turkey came to an end. During the festival Kordian Kądziela's film ”Lockjaw” was awarded.
Contact - International Student Film Festival in Izmir had this year its 4th edition. This time one film from Poland was invited to the international competition – ”Lockjaw”, which won in Turkey the SenEDIT award for Best Story.
Lockjaw, a performance art trio, dream of conquering the art industry. Unfortunately, for now, they are mainly preoccupied with more mundane matters. Igor makes a living by taking pictures for supermarket special offer leaflets. Baton works in an amusement park and scares children who visit the haunted house. Laura is an accountant in a company that utilizes electronic waste. We witness their struggle as they prepare for “Prowokalia” – one of the most important performance art festivals.
