"INVISIBLE" AWARDED AT THE FESTIVAL IN THE PALACE

On December 13 ended the "In The Palace" International Short Film Festival. The Best Documentary Film award went to "Invisible" by Zofia Pręgowska.

The festival in Sofia took six days, during which viewers and industry professionals watched several dozen films, and participated in workshops and lectures. At the Closing Ceremony, the names of the winners of the pitching session and of 48 Hours Sofia Short Film Challenge were announced. However, first and foremost, awards in the Bulgarian and international film competitions were given. In the latter, "Invisible" by Zofia Pręgowska was chosen the Best Documentary Film.

"Invisible" by Zofia Pręgowska turned out to be the festival's Best Film. The film's protagonist is a blind poetess Ms Krystyna. The film is set in a tiny flat in Warsaw, which Ms. Krystyna cannot leave on her own because of her health. Forced to rely on others, she incessantly comments the surrounding world by writing poetry.
