KATTOWITZ
In 1902, the great surrealist Hans Bellmer was born in Kattowitz, Germany. Less than twenty years later, the first exhibition of his work turns out to be a great political and moral scandal - the young Bellmer is to be arrested by the police. However, Silesian insurgents save him from oppression and make him an offer he cannot refuse, drawing him into the Polish-German battle for Katowice.
