Joszek is six years old. His cousin, Lila, comes to stay ... for good. The children compete over who will sleep with Mummy. What lengths is a child who yearns to nestle in their mother’s embrace again capable of going to? Immersed in childhood fantasy, Lila is a tale of jealousy, rejection, hurt and revenge.

She graduated in film studies from the Jagellonian University in Krakow (2008), in screenwriting from the Łódź Film School (2010) and from the Wajda School, where she took the Development Lab course, focusing on features and the Script course, devoted to screenplays (2014). She was awarded a Ministry of Culture and National Heritage scholarship. "Lila" marks her debut as a director.
