Jacek Petrycki
Director of photography and producer of feature movies, documentaries and teleplays, born 1948 in Poznań. The winner of BAFTA award for cinematography of the film "The Betrayed" and many foreign and Polish awards. Director of photography of some of the most famous documentaries of the 70’s: "Curriculum Vitae" and "Hospital" by Krzysztof Kieślowski, "How to live" and "Microphone Check" by Marcel Łoziński, and other documentary filmmakers. Petrycki is also a director of photography of the films of so called Cinema of Moral Anxiety trend, e.g.: "The calm" and "Camera Buff" by Krzysztof Kieślowski, "Provincial actors" and "A Lonely Woman" by Agnieszka Holland, etc.
