APPLY FOR THE CLERMONT-FERRAND SHORT FILM MARKET 2026
The organizers of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market invite filmmakers to take part in next year’s Talents Connexion 2026 programme. This is a unique opportunity for creators seeking to develop their projects, build industry connections, and present their ideas to a professional audience.
The Talents Connexion programme consists of three intensive days of workshops, networking events, and a pitching session of a selected short-film project before a panel of industry experts. Participants will also gain access to events held as part of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market, scheduled for 2-5 February 2026.
The objectives of Talents Connexion include:
• promoting emerging talent and enabling creators to present their new projects to established professionals,
• fostering exchange between education, training, and the professional/production sector,
• facilitating meetings between young filmmakers, producers, and broadcasters, as well as deepening understanding of the industry’s operational dynamics,
• supporting European collaboration by opening the programme to creators from across the continent.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to any filmmaker who has a profile on the T-Port platform, has completed at least one short film, and is currently developing a new short-film project. Those who do not yet have a profile may create one here (fees may apply).
The organizers emphasize that travel and accommodation costs are not covered. Submission of an application constitutes confirmation that the participant will be able to cover these expenses if selected.
The application deadline is 26 November 2025.
