POLISH SHORTS AT FESTIVALS IN SPETEMBER

In September, after a summer break, Polish short films come back to the festival rhythm. A number of Polish shorts will be shown abroad.

"Dust" by Jakub Radej will be presented this month at three festivals: at L’Estrange Festival in France, DMZ Docs in Korea and Quebec City Film Festival in Canada. In the programme of the festival in Quebec one can also find "Bogdan and Rose" by Milena Dutkowska, "Time to Go" by Grzegorz Mołda, "Oh God!" by Betina Bożek and „Room” by Michał Socha.

Filip Dzierżawski's fiction film "My Name Is Julita" will be shown at Drama Festival in Greece while "Me and My Father" by Alek Pietrzak at Look&Roll in Switzerland. Other screenings in Switzerland include "Close Ties" by Zofia Kowalewska and "Daniel" by Anastazja Dąbrowska, whereas "Milk" by Urszula Morga and "One Two Zero" were invited to the programme of Helsinki International Film Festival in Finland.

Another Polish short which will be shown at a festival abroad in September is Dawid Bodzak's film "Tremors". The film will be presented at International Best of Short Film Festival in France. By the end of the month at Milano Film Festival the audience will see "Heimat" by Emi Buchwald. Among other films shown in Italy are "REM" by Artur Hanaj and "Guest" by Aleksander Józefczyk.
