"EXHALE" WINS SPECIAL MENTION AT THE MIFEC FESTIVAL
This year's edition of the Portuguese student film festival MIFEC ended on May 16. The festival jury awarded the short fition film by Maciej Wiktor, "Exhale”, with a Special Mention.
The student film festival MIFEC, organised in Porto, was held from May 12 to 16 May. For the director of the film "Exhale," Maciej Wiktor, it was quite successful. The jury, consisting of: Manuela Cernat from Romania, Anabela Oliveira and Rita Capucho from Portugal, Rob Rombout from the Netherlands and Anastasia Coda from Moldova, has appreciated "Exhale" and awarded it with a Special Mention.
The film's protagonist, Szymon, functions in a complex relationship with his father. A family mystery casts a shadow over it. This relationship is disturbed when Szymon gets acquainted with a beautiful girl.
