Elena Vatamanu-Margineanu
Elena Vatamanu-Mărgineanu was born in 2002 in Chișinău, Moldova, in a family of filmmakers. She worked on several filmsets as 1st AD and 1st AC. At 19, she moved to Poland to study Cinematography and Post-Production at Warsaw Film School. In 2023, Elena received two awards for her first short film "Reflections": Best Debut Award at EDUKINO International Film Festival, Poland and Best Short Film at Rabat International Author Film Festival, Morocco.
