FOCUS ON POLAND IN LA ROCHELLE

At the beginning of November, the festival Escales Documentaries is held in France. At the festival, Focus on Poland takes place, during which Polish documentary films will be shown.

The festival Escales Documentaries is held in the French city La Rochelle. This year, Polish documentary films are featured in the special screening "Focus Pologne," the partner and co-organiser of which is the Krakow Film Foundation.

In La Rochelle, you can watch seven Polish documentary films. Among them, there are three feature-length productions: "The Beksińskis. A Sound and Video Album" by Marcin Borchardt, "Call Me Tony" by Klaudiusz Chrostowski and "Opera about Poland" by Piotr Stasik, as well as four short ones: "How to Become a Pope?" by Justyna Mytnik, "Volte" by Monika Kotecka and Karolina Poryzała, "Dust" by Jakub Radej and "No Sleeping" by Emmanuel Levy.

The screenings of the documentary films are accompanied by the photography exhibition by Anna Chojecka.
