ENTROPIA

POLISH TITLE: ENTROPIA

Twenty-three-year-old Mei was born into a family of Vietnamese immigrants. She dreams of studying at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, but financial constraints force her to work in a Vietnamese bar. Mei feels Polish — she grew up in Poland, and her boyfriend is Polish as well. As she gets older, the rules imposed by her parents weigh on her more and more. They envision her future solely alongside a Vietnamese man from a “good family.” Mei is faced with a difficult choice between loyalty to her family and tradition, and her own happiness.
