Tomek is a psychotherapist who requires help himself. His professional and personal life is in disarray and he needs to put it together again from scratch. Climbing, which aimed to release stress, becomes even more frustrating because the man cannot finish the chosen route. His head is about to explode tired by the noisy renovation work next door and the rush of thoughts and emotions while Tomek is pretending all is ok. What is more, his new patient – a cynical and well-informed stand-up comedian – gives him a note with an unusual request. ‘Asekuracja’ is a tragicomic story, befitting our restless times, in which the traditional roles of the interviewer and interviewee are cleverly reversed.
