Franek is a renowned hair stylist. After many years he returns to his hometown to attend his mother's funeral. A silesian belief states that whoever pulls a deadman's finger will never fear anything in his life. Franek still believes it to be true. The film was inspired by Marcel Proust's novel "Swann's Way".

Born in 1989 in Gdańsk. She studied at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Faculty of Radio and Television of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She is a director of short documentaries and fiction films. For years she was co-working with Gdańsk DocFilm Festival as a selector. Currently she works at fiction movies as a director’s assistant (incl. Marcin Wrona with „Demon”). „It’s Really Awesome” is her graduation film.
